When you sign up to the Adonis system, you’re a member of The Adonis Golden Ratio System (AGR for short).

The first thing you can do is sign into your personal “Adonis Golden Ratio cockpit”. That’s the members’ area.
This shows you everything you have access to, and tells you everything you need to know about the products available.

If you click on the AGR systems tab, you get all the AGR modules you signed up for.
The extra you can buy (over and above the basic purchase price) are The Gauntlet, IXP and the Final Phase – all advanced modules for the hard core body builder. I just went for the basic Adonis 12 week training module.

The Adonis Golden Ratio is a 12 week training program, and you get day by day instructions — including exactly which exercises you need to do on each day, and the exact number of sets and reps for each exercise you need — so nothing is left to chance.
[Sidebar – in case you’re new to this – sets and reps are terms used to refer to how many repetitions of an exercise you do. For example, there may be 12 repetitions (or reps) of an exercise in one set. There may be 3 sets in a workout. That kind of thing. ]

Reminder: you get a software program in which you enter your details as they are now, and the software tells you which system you need to be looking at — 1) your primary goal is muscle gain; 2) your primary gain is fat loss; or 3) your primary goal is combined muscle gain fat loss.
